DELIVERY TIME

The delivery time from the order date is usually 24 to 48h. When your order is complete and verified by our quality control, you will receive an email containing the tracking number of the package and the link to track your order.

POOR DELIVERY ADDRESS

DELIVERY WITH CANADA POST

DELIVERY OUTSIDE CANADA

Les Folies de Sylvie is not responsible for customs clearance fees. Les Folies de Sylvie has no control over these fees and can not estimate or confirm the total amount as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country.

On rare occasions, international shipments in some countries may take 4-6 weeks. Once the package leaves the sending country, it cannot be tracked until it reaches its final destination. RETURN & EXCHANGE

If the product is defective, Les Folies de Sylvie offers an exchange or a full refund within 5 days of delivery. No return or refund of lingerie product is accepted.

You will need to contact us at info@lesfoliesdesylvie.com within 5 days of receiving your order stating the reason for your return, your order number and providing proof of purchase. REFUND
